Butter Drop Biscuits
2 Cups of Flour
1 tbs Sugar
1 tsp salt
6 tbs butter
3/4 + 1 TBS milk
Preheat over to 425.
Add flour, sugar, salt to a food processor, pulse a few times to combine. Cut butter into 6 tbs and add to a food processor. Transfer "mealy" mixture to mixing bowl. Add milk and Stir to combine. Do not overmix. Drop biscuits to the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18- 20 mins.

- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon(s)s all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups half and half or 2% Milk and Heavy Cream.. whatever milk you have really
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1/8 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- freshly ground black pepper , to taste
Instructions
- Brown sausage in a large saucepan. Use a paper towel to blot out most of the grease from the pan.
- Add flour, butter, and half & half. Cook on medium-low, stirring often, for several minutes until thickened.
- Add rosemary, red pepper flakes and black pepper.
- Serve over warm biscuits.
