Easy Healthy Pizza Dough

Easy Healthy Pizza Dough
(This dough couldn't be easier, and no mixer required)

2 ½ C Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs dry yeast
½ tsp salt
1 C comfortably hot water
2 tsp oil

Mix 2 C flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water and oil, mix well. Add remaining flour as needed to make soft dough. Knead 5 minutes; let dough rest 5 minutes. Use a pizza roller to roll dough about ¼ inch thick. Sprinkle corn meal on pizza stone (or cookie sheet) and stretch pizza dough to fit. Let rise 15-20 mins. To prevent soggy crust prebake at 500 degrees for 3-4 minutes, just until puffed, but not brown. After baking, spread dough with sauce and toppings.. bake 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes for large pizza.
