Cajun Meatballs

Cajun Meatballs
(My kids love these, so they aren't totally Cajun, but I call them that b/c of the seasonings)

1 lbs extra lean ground beef
or ground turkey meat (white)
1 ½ tsp hot sauce
2 TBS Cajun seasoning
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS dried parsley
¼ C finely chopped onion
¼ C whole-wheat breadcrumbs
¼ C evaporated skim milk
¼ C egg substitute
½ C peach juice or some sweet substitute
½ C barbecue sauce
1 TBS Yoshidas or soy sauce (optional)
1 TBS canola oil

Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Lightly grease a medium baking sheet.
In a large bowl, mix thoroughly the ground beef, hot sauce, Cajun seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, breadcrumbs, milk and egg substitute.
Form mixture into golf ball sized meatballs and place in prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until there is no pink left in the middle.
In a small bowl, combine the barbeque sauce and peach preserves.
When meatballs are done place in a serving dish and cover with the barbeque sauce mixture.
